Terms of Service

Welcome to PrintFlow OS. By deploying a workspace or utilizing our high-performance SaaS multi-branch print management ERP services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. PrintFlow OS is operated and fully secured by Brills Innovation.

1.1 Workspace Provisioning & Billing

To access PrintFlow OS, you must configure a secure workspace subdomain. You are solely responsible for all programmatic and administrative operations taking place within your database node.

Subscription fees are billed automatically in advance based on your selected plan tier. Starter tier workspaces are free but subject to active usage guidelines. Paid plan accounts have a standard 7-day trial windows. Non-payment will result in automated system suspensions.

1.2 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to utilize PrintFlow OS only for lawful commercial printing management and ERP bookkeeping. You must not:

Initiate malicious brute-force attacks against our application layer.
Attempt to bypass the programmatic subscription-enforced feature gates (e.g. branch limits, custom SMTP configurations, active users count).
Transmit promotional spam or illicit materials using the unified custom SMS gateways.

1.3 Limitation of Liability

PrintFlow OS and Brills Innovation provide the SaaS platform "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bulletproof operation of third-party cellular SMS gateways or Graph APIs. In no event shall Brills Innovation be liable for direct or indirect lost revenues arising out of operational print downtime, hardware telemetry mismatches, or automatic data limits.

Privacy Policy

At Brills Innovation, we prioritize safeguarding the data of our corporate customers and their multi-branch clients. This Privacy Policy details exactly how your isolated print logs and credentials are protected.

2.1 Information We Collect

We collect transactional business operational details to optimize your print shop dashboard:

Workspace Metadata: Names, phone contacts, email accounts, and password hashes.
ERP Transactions: Sales metrics, inventory logs, branch transfers, SMTP server settings, and custom SMS API keys.
Secure Credentials: External credentials, SMTP keys, and Facebook access tokens are encrypted at-rest using high-grade, zero-disclosure AES-256 standard encryption.

2.2 How We Use Your Data

We utilize your business metrics solely to:

Provision subdomains, authenticate staff members, and display accurate operational analytics.
Trigger programmatic delivery notifications and custom invoice updates.
Formulate platform performance diagnostics (e.g. active cloud uptime, page load speeds).

2.3 Data Security & Isolation

We employ multi-tenant isolation protocols to prevent cross-database leakages. Every business workspace has a logical partition enforcing absolute security boundaries. Databases are regularly backed up on secure servers.
